James Corden is no stranger to pranks. The actor and presenter has plenty of experience both playing them and being the subject of them, but he took things to new heights when he spent two months preparing to take down David Beckham. As LA Galaxy prepared to reveal a statue dedicated to their most famous former player, James and his The Late Late Show with James Corden colleagues decided to prepare their own — slightly less flattering — version, and swap it out with the real thing. Add in some very rude "fans" and one very passionate sculptor, and you've got the recipe for one very awkward reveal. As David himself said, "It's lucky my kids are not coming over, because if my kids were to see this, I think they'd just cry, to be honest!" Watch the video to see it all unfold, and to see David's reaction when he realizes he's been pranked.
