As the measles outbreak in the United States continues to grow, now with more than 700 cases across 22 states, officials and communities have gone to great lengths to halt the disease’s spread.

In Los Angeles County, more than 700 people at two universities were quarantined last week. And in New York, the outbreak led to a state of emergency and threats of fines for residents who refuse to vaccinate.

If you live in an area with measles cases, how has the disease affected your community and your daily life? Tell us in the form below. We may publish your story along with your name and location.
