Luckily, with a little research — and the help of these recipes — you can have both! We've pulled together 21 recipes that are all seven or fewer Weight Watchers SmartPoints per serving, and there's a little bit of everything: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They're pretty easy to throw together in your slow cooker and will either feed you and your family or give you multiple servings to package up and last you through the week.
