Chivers that eat (and drink) together stay together. “Christy Tacos”, a Florida Chivette, wanted to get people together to try some taco places in her local city. She began organizing weekly happy-hour-taco-parties for hungry locals at their favorite bars, and before she knew it dozens of folks were chowing down for Taco Tuesday.
“What makes individuals come together as a group that tries to make the world 10% better? By meeting up to create friendships and forming a family.
One way Central Florida Chive stays connected and forms friendship’s is through Taco Tuesday! Not only does it connect friends, old and new, but we try to create a purpose for our meeting. Whether we collect socks for the homeless, supplies for local pet shelters, and of course hurricane donations. Every little bit helps! #CFChive #ChiveOn.” – Christy
